Tortonese hills

Viberti Giovanni's vineyards are located in the municipality of Monleale, a historic medieval stronghold and a town that has strongly contributed to the renaissance of the vine, particularly in the 1980s.
The 9.5 ha vineyard is located in the upper part of the town, 400 m above sea level, along the road that connects the nearby municipality of Montemarzino. Exposures vary from east to southeast; the soils are predominantly light clay with a good limestone component.
The micro-zone drawn by the stretch of road that connects Monleale to the other villages of the Curone Valley has pedoclimatic characteristics that give unique quality attributes to the Timorasso grape; in particular, sea currents from nearby Liguria give exclusive savory sensations.
This results in unique wines of particular value.
