This cru takes its name from the small village of the same name, located in the municipality of Monforte d'Alba. Nebbiolo grapes from this vineyard have been part of the Buon Padre blend since 2015. The resulting wines are characterized by long tannins, with an austere finish. The Perno vineyard is the result of a collaboration with a local grower who shares the Viberti family's passion and working methods.
